Cairo – Mubasher: The ordinary general meeting (OGM) of Middle Egypt Flour Mills approved a proposal to distribute cash dividends of EGP 3.25 per share for fiscal year (FY) 2020/2021. 

The total dividends amount to EGP 47.85 million for the year ended 30 June, the company said in a bourse disclosure on Tuesday. 

The OGM also approved the financial statements for FY20/21 with a net profit of EGP 103.41 million. 

During the first quarter (Q1) of FY21/22, the company posted net profits of EGP 25.96 million, slightly up from EGP 24.23 million in the year-ago period. 

The revenues edged down to EGP 124.9 million in the July-September period of 2021, compared to EGP 125.06 million in the same period of 2020.
