Cairo – Mubasher: Coldwell Banker Egypt plans to achieve EGP 20 billion worth of third-party contractual sales during 2023, CEO, Karim Zain, told Mubasher.

The real estate firm intends to exceed EGP 10 billion in third-party contractual sales this year, and surpass this amount in 2022, Zain added, yet he did not determine the targeted value for next year.

Coldwell Banker has worked with about 100 real estate developers on 400 projects in Egypt, according to the CEO.

He added that real estate sales in the Egyptian market have crossed EGP 150 billion for projects in Cairo, the North Coast, Ain Sokhna, and other cities.

Sales concluded by Egyptians working abroad and foreigners have accounted for 10% to 15% of the total, Zain stated.

The CEO announced the launch of the franchise programme in Egypt for the first time, following its successful application in the US.
