Cairo – Mubasher: Mubasher Financial Services (DIFC) Limited has increased its stake in MB for Engineering and Contracting (MB Engineering) to 5% after purchasing 99,000 shares.

The equity purchase transaction was carried out for an average price of EGP 2.3 per share at a total value of EGP 228,280.

Prior to the deal, Mubasher Financial Services owned 4.85% of MB Engineering’s shares.

Mubasher International for Securities was the broker for the transaction.
