Qatar Insurance announces the results of its Board of Directors’ meeting held on 28/11/2021 and approved

the budget for the year 2022

the board also agreed to schedule another meeting after 2021 accounts closing for QIC and its subsidiaries, to review and approve the final Financial Statements. 

On the other hand, the Board approved  the conversion of Daman Islamic Insurance Company "Beema", in which Qatar Insurance Company owns 25% of its two hundred million Qatari riyals capital, into a public shareholding company and listing its shares in Qatar Stock Market . The board approved for Beema to call for an extra ordinary general assembly meeting to obtain the approval to start the conversion process.

The board has also reviewed the Group's results for the October 10 months ended for 2021.
