Abu Dhabi - Mubasher: Response Plus Holding has acquired the UAE-based Health Tech Training in exchange for AED 9.8 million, as part of the company's plan to include all aspects of healthcare services.

The acquisition will enable Response Plus Holding to improve sustainable training and career development besides providing medical services, according to a press release on Monday.

 Response Plus plans to expand Health Tech branches and services in Cochin, Dubai, Dammam, and Muscat in the next year.

Commenting on the acquisition, the CEO of Response Plus Holdings, Tom Louis, said: "As part of our offerings in our manpower source markets and manpower supply markets, we intend providing the much required medical & soft skill trainings before deployment itself to various key clients of ours."

Louis commented: "We will be opening five new branches of Health Tech Training centers in Cochin, Dubai, Dammam, Addis Ababa, and Muscat within one year."
