Mubasher: Arabian Contracting Services Company (Al Arabia) has entered into the first regional partnership outside Saudi Arabia to endorse the outdoor advertising sector in Egypt.

The Saudi listed firm signed an agreement with Egypt-based United Media Services Company to establish an Egyptian joint stock company, according to a bourse disclosure to the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) on Sunday.

The contract includes the installation and operation of no less than 120 digital screens. Al Arabia noted that this collaboration aims to enable advertisers to reach their target customers in the Egyptian market.

The partnership deal holds a maturity of 25 years, during which Al Arabia will be responsible for the supervision, management, and operation of all stages of the advertising process.

It is worth noting that the Saudi company started trading its shares on Tadawul in mid-November.
