Cairo – Mubasher: The ordinary general meeting (OGM) of General Company for Silos and Storage has approved a cash dividend distribution of EGP 7.5 million or 75 piasters per share for fiscal year 2020/2021.

The shareholders have also authorised the board to proceed with measures to increase the company's issued and paid-up capital by EGP 25 million to EGP 125 million through the distribution of bonus shares, according to a bourse filing on Sunday.

It is noteworthy to mention that in the July-October period of fiscal year 2021/2022, the company's net profits increased to EGP 21.57 million from EGP 19.36 million in the year-ago period.
