Riyadh – Mubasher: The board of the Saudi Chemical Company decided to pay a cash dividend of SAR 0.5 per share for the first nine months (9M) of 2021.

The company will distribute a total amount of SAR 42.16 million, representing 5% of the capital, for 84.32 million eligible shares, according to a bourse disclosure on Thursday.

Saudi Chemical noted that the eligibility and distribution dates will be on 23 January and 3 February 2022, respectively.

The listed firm posted an annual decline of 21.79% in 9M-21 net profits to SAR 75.85 million.
