Cairo - Mubasher: IHD Developments has launched its first project worth around EGP 600 million in the New Administrative Capital.

To be located in the Downtown, the construction of the commercial project is expected to start in the upcoming period, the company’s Chairman, Hossam Al-Akshar, announced.

Al-Akshar added that the company plans to generate EGP 300 million sales revenues during the first quarter (Q1) of 2022.

The Chairman further remarked that the company is considering establishing new projects during the coming period, including a residential project in the New Administrative Capital and a coastal project in El Galala City.
