Riyadh – Mubasher: The benchmark All Share Index (TASI) of the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) closed Monday higher by 104.36 points (0.9%) at 11,664.83 points.
The turnover totalled SAR 7.56 billion after 204.53 million shares were traded, compared to SAR 5.84 billion and 172.45 million shares a day ago.
The media sector headed the gainers with 4.98%, while the capital goods segment led four decliners with 0.43%.
Knowledge Economic City topped the risers with 6.08%, while Saudi Enaya Cooperative Insurance led the fallers with 6.42%.
Dar Alarkan was the most active stock with 16.80 million traded shares, while Al Rajhi Bank generated the highest trading value of SAR 757.90 million.
Nomu-Parallel Market Capped Index (NomuC) also rose by 14.76 points (0.06%) to 25,845.82 points.
Advance International Company for Communication and Information Technology, which started trading on 6 January, continued to be the top riser with 3.88%, while Natural Gas Distribution led the fallers with 2.64%.
