Ooredoo has announced that a court ruling of the first degree was issued in the favour of the National Mobile Communications Company ("the Company") in the lawsuit No.859/2020 in the State of Kuwait.

The lawsuit was against the National Mobile Communications Company and the Director General of the Communication and Information Regulatory Authority and the Minister of Communications in their capacity.

In the ruling, the court ordered the defendants to pay the total amount of KD 43,817,594.
