Riyadh – Mubasher: Arab Sea Information Systems Company has completed the establishment and the issuance of the commercial register for its subsidiary Era Data Information Technology.

The limited liability company will be wholly owned by Arab Sea with a capital of SAR 5 million, according to a bourse filing on Wednesday.

The new affiliate will offer its services in cloud computing after ending the entire administrative and technical requirements.

In November 2021, Arab Sea’s board approved setting up Era Data.
