UAE - Mubasher: Abu Dhabi's non-oil foreign trade jumped by 5% year-on-year (YoY) to AED 211.32 billion in 2021, compared to AED 201.21 billion, according to the latest data by the Statistics Centre − Abu Dhabi (SCAD).

The emirate's non-oil exports amounted to AED 79.03 billion last year, up 7.6% from AED 73.46 billion in 2020.

Meanwhile, Abu Dhabi witnessed an 11.6% rise in re-exports to AED 39.34 billion in 2021 from AED 35.26 billion in the previous year.

The imports inched up 0.5% to AED 92.95 billion in 2021, compared to AED 92.49 billion in 2020.

In December 2021, the non-oil foreign trade reached AED 21.11 billion, higher than AED 16.27 billion in the year-ago period.
