Riyadh – Mubasher: The net profits of Arab National Bank (ANB) increased by 5.07% year-on-year (YoY) to SAR 2.18 billion in 2021, compared to SAR 2.07 billion.
The bank's net income from special commissions retreated by 4.05% to SAR 4.67 billion last year from SAR 4.87 billion in 2020, according to a bourse filing on Thursday.
The bank's assets amounted to SAR 192.50 billion in 2021, up 6.7% from SAR 180.39 billion in 2020.
The earnings per share (EPS) stood at SAR 1.45 in 2021, versus SAR 1.38 in the previous year.
It is noteworthy to mention that in the third quarter (Q3) of 2021, the bank reported a 0.5% YoY decline in net profits to SAR 665 million from SAR 669 million.
