Cairo – Mubasher: Egyptian Financial and Industrial Company (EFIC) posted consolidated net profits after tax of EGP 304.15 million in 2021, a surge from EGP 127.02 million in 2020.

Net revenues amounted to EGP 2.75 billion at the end of 2021, compared to EGP 1.42 billion in 2020, according to the consolidated income statements.

As for the standalone financial results, EFIC registered net profits after tax worth EGP 208.71 million last year, up from EGP 71.99 million in 2020.

Earnings per share stood at EGP 2.46 in 2021, compared with EGP 0.69 in the previous year.

Net sales soared to EGP 1.16 billion as on 31 December 2021 from EGP 666.34 million in the prior-year period.

In February, the company disclosed its unaudited standalone financial results which showed a net profit totalling EGP 218.21 million in 2021.
