Riyadh – Mubasher: Amlak International for Real Estate Finance Company logged net profits after Zakat and tax worth SAR 107.75 million in 2021, a surge of 8.95% compared to SAR 98.90 million in 2020.

The earnings per share (EPS) stood at SAR 1.19 in 2021, a rise from SAR 1.09 in 2020, according to a recent bourse disclosure.

The company’s investments reached SAR 9.87 million last year, a decrease of 5.88% from SAR 10.49 million in 2020.

Moreover, the assets totalled SAR 3.56 billion in 2021, down by 0.35% from SAR 3.58 billion a year earlier.

It is worth noting that during the first nine months (9M) of 2021, Amlak International achieved a growth of 8% year-on-year (YoY) in net profits to SAR 82.91 million, compared to SAR 76.48 million.
