| Change on the Development | Further to the announcement of Eastern Province Cement Company regarding the distribution of cash dividends to the company’s shareholders for the second half of 2021, and with reference to the announcement of Saudi Exchange & Edaa dated 02-03-2022 about changes in cash dividend services which states that cash dividend services will be paused for a certain period, Eastern Province Cement Company hereby announce that the dividends Eligibility Date and Distribution Date will be changed to be in line with the paused period of the cash distribution services, as follow:
The Eligibility Date: Monday 10-09-1443 corresponding to 11-04-2022 The eligibility of Cash dividend will be to Shareholders who own the company shares on the Eligibility date and enrolled in the Company's register at Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa) by the end of the second trading day following the due date.
