Riyadh – Mubasher: The main All Share Index (TASI) of the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) closed Thursday higher by 4.21 points (0.03%) at 12,948.37 points.

The turnover amounted to SAR 7.98 billion after 171.14 million shares were traded.

The pharma sector was the top gainer with 0.79%, while the media segment led the decliners with 2.16%.

Scientific and Medical Equipment House Company was the top riser with 9.93%, while Gulf Union Alahlia Cooperative Insurance Company led the fallers with 3.26%.

Dar Alarkan Real Estate Development Company was the most active stock on which 14.88 million shares were exchanged.

Saudi Basic Industries Corporation (SABIC) meanwhile generated the highest trading value of SAR 424.14 million.

On the other hand, Nomu-Parallel Market Capped Index (NomuC) lost 410.29 points (1.68%) to close at 24,067.91 points. 

National Building and Marketing Company led the fallers with 5.17%, while Saudi Parts Center Company headed the risers with 2.94%.
