Cairo – Mubasher: The ordinary general meeting (OGM) of Misr Fertilizers Production Company (Mopco) has approved a cash dividend distribution of EGP 10 per share for 2021.

The cash dividend payout aggregates at a total value of EGP 2.29 billion, according to a bourse filing on Wednesday.

It is noteworthy to mention that in 2021, the company's consolidated net profits increased to EGP 4.79 billion, compared to EGP 2.48 billion in 2020, including minority shareholders' rights.
