Cairo – Mubasher: The Egyptian Exchange (EGX) ended Wednesday’s trading session on a mixed note with the EGX50 EWI declining by 0.05% at 1,840.04 points.

The benchmark EGX30 index went up by 0.27% to settle at 10,467.63 points by the end of Wednesday's session.

The small- and mid-cap EGX70 EWI rose by 0.76% to 1,844.43 points, while EGX100 EWI inched up by 0.55% to end the session at 2,783.94 points.

EGX’s turnover amounted to EGP 2.63 billion after 331.59 million shares had been traded through 28,984 transactions.

The market cap value was valued at EGP 690.82 billion.

As for trading on securities, Egyptian investors were net buyers with EGP 513.01 million, while Arab and foreign traders were net sellers with EGP 2.64 million and EGP 510.36 million, respectively.
