Riyadh - Mubasher: Arabian Food & Dairy Factories Company (FADECO) has set the price of its offering on the Parallel Market (Nomu) at SAR 71 per share.

FADECO has offered 282,000 ordinary shares, representing 20% of the company’s shares, according to a recent bourse filing.

The company has recorded a 57.7% coverage rate of the total offered shares during the subscription period from Wednesday, 11 May, until Sunday, 15 May.

Yaqeen Capital is the financial advisor and lead manager for the offering.
