Riyadh – Mubasher: The shareholders of Etihad Etisalat Company (Mobily) have given their green light to a cash dividend distribution of SAR 654.50 million, representing 8.50% of the capital, for 2021.

Mobily will pay out a dividend of SAR 0.85 per share on 9 June this year, according to a bourse disclosure on Tuesday.

The shareholders granted their approval for the 2021 cash dividends during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) that was held on Monday, 23 May.

It is worth noting that the company’s board suggested the cash dividends for 770 million eligible shares last November.

In 2021, the Saudi listed firm reported net profits after Zakat and tax worth SAR 1.07 billion, an annual leap of 36.91% from SAR 783 million.
