Riyadh – Mubasher: Al Hassan Ghazi Ibrahim Shaker Company (Shaker Group) has named Abdulelah bin Abdullah Abunayan as the new Chairman of the board for the coming three years.

Shaker Group also appointed Musab bin Suleiman Al Muhaidib as the Vice Chairman, according to a bourse filing on Thursday.

Meanwhile, the two officials assumed their roles for a new board term that started on 25 May this year and will remain in position until 24 May 2025.

It is worth noting that in the first quarter (Q1) of 2022, the Saudi listed firm registered net profits after Zakat and tax worth SAR 14.47 million, an annual hike of 47.93% from SAR 9.78 million.
