Saudi Industrial Development Company (SIDC) announced on (TADWUAL) on 30/04/1440H. corresponding to 06/01/2019 that it received a statement from the lawyer that an explanation request for the final judgement passed by the Commercial Court in Jeddah Province was submitted and a trial judgement accepted the explanation request in respect of Juhayna Co. and Abbas bin Ali bin Ahmed Abdul Jawad in solidarity to pay the Amount of Judgement in favor of SIDC but refused payment of the amount in Saudi Riyals. |
