Dubai – Mubasher: Northacre, a subsidiary of Shuaa Capital, has partnered with St. Regis hotel brand at No 1 Palace Street, close to her Majesty’s official London residence, Buckingham Palace.

The location of No. 1 Palace Street, The St. Regis Residences, combined with the high design, will support Northacre’s first branded residence, according to a press release on Wednesday.

Set to be completed later this year, the building comprises 72 superb apartments, with one to five bedrooms and penthouses.
