Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Response Plus Holding has incorporated, on 28 June 2022, a firm dubbed Response Plus India Private Limited to be its subsidiary in India.

Launching the new business in India followed the board’s approval by circulation on 14 April 2022, according to a bourse disclosure.

As part of its strategy, the UAE company recently announced plans to set up a business with Egypt’s Cleopatra Hospitals Group (CHG).
