Riyadh – Mubasher: The Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) rose by 2.33% or 262.67 points to end Monday's trading session at 11,555.08 points.
Turnover amounted to SAR 5.87 billion after 163.24 million shares had been traded.
The energy sector led the gainers with 4.10%, while the food and beverages segment topped the losers with 0.96%.
Saudi Arabian Mining Company (MAADEN) came on top of the green zone with 4.60%, while Arabia Insurance Cooperative Company (AICC) headed the red zone with 1.76%.
Saudi Kayan Petrochemical Company recorded the highest trading volume of 11.82 million traded shares, while Al Rajhi Bank posted the highest turnover of SAR 419.75 million.
As for the parallel market, the Nomu-Parallel Market Capped Index (NomuC) retreated by 0.49% or 100.44 points to reach 20,711.69 points.
