Riyadh – Mubasher: Theeb Rent a Car Company has amended the distribution date of its cash dividends for the second quarter (Q2) of 2022 to become 20 September instead of the previously mentioned 22 of the month, according to a bourse filing on Sunday.

Last week, Theeb Rent a Car announced a dividends payout worth SAR 21.50 million, representing 5% of its capital for Q2-22.

The firm intends to disburse SAR 0.50 per share for a total of 43 million eligible shares.

Theeb Rent a Car’s board unveiled that the eligibility date for the dividends would be 8 September. 

For Q1-22, the listed firm decided to pay a cash dividend of SAR 0.49 per share.
