Cairo- Mubasher: The International Company for Investment and Development's (ICID) board of directors agreed to sell part of land owned by it to Depocoat for Metal Coating.

The land plot will be sold for a total value of EGP 4.39 million, equivalent to EGP 3,500 per meter, according to a bourse disclosure on Wednesday.

Situated in Giza’s Abu Rawash area (Model B1 in Zone B), the land plot spans an area of 1255,600 square metres.

The board mandated the legal department to prepare the sale contracts and authorised the board’s Chairman to sign the required contracts to complete the sale process.
