With reference to the provisions of Article 46 and Article 47 of the Listing Rules and Article 64 of the Executive Regulations related to preparing and providing EGX with the standalone and consolidated quarterly financial statements for the financial period ending on 30/06/2022, the Listing Committee held on 21/09/2022 decided the following:
1- Imposing EGP 5000 penalty on the company for violating the provisions of Article 46, 47 of the Listing Rules in light of the provisions of Article 64 of the Executive Regulations.
2- Granting the company 15 days from the end of the granted period for the decision of the Listing Committee held on 07/09/2022 to provide EGX with the standalone and consolidated quarterly financial statements for the financial period ending on 30/06/2022 in light of the provisions of Article 64 of the Executive Regulations.
