Riyadh – Mubasher: Najran Cement Company has decided to distribute cash dividends of SAR 42.50 million, representing 2.50% of the capital, for the first half (H1) of 2022.

The Saudi listed firm will disburse SAR 0.25 per share for 170 million eligible shares, according to a bourse disclosure.

Meanwhile, the eligibility date for the H1-22 dividends will be on 6 October, while the distribution date will be announced at a later time.

In the first six months (6M) of 2022, the company’s net profits after Zakat and tax reached SAR 36.54 million, down by 60.90% from SAR 93.45 million during the same period a year earlier.

Furthermore, Najran Cement generated revenues worth SAR 247.91 million in H1-22, an annual drop of 21.55% from SAR 316 million.
