Riyadh – Mubasher: The board of directors of Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib Medical Services Group has approved the resignation of the company's CEO, Nasser Mohammed Al-Huqbani, which was submitted for personal reasons.

The resignation will come into effect on 1 November 2022 and Al-Huqbani will continue to be a board member of the company, according to a bourse disclosure on Sunday.

Meanwhile, the board assigned Faisal Abdullah Al-Nassar as acting CEO of the company effective as of 1 November. Al-Nassar has been a board member and the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the company since 2011. He is also a board member of all of the firm's subsidiaries.

It is worth noting that during the first half (H1) of 2022, Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib recorded a 22.38% annual surge in its net profit after Zakat and tax at SAR 788.64 million, compared to SAR 644.40 million.

Revenues amounted to SAR 4 billion in the January-June 2022 period, an annual leap of 16.22% from SAR 3.44 billion.
