Riyadh – Mubasher: Perfect Presentation for Commercial Services Company plans to proceed with the initial public offering (IPO) and list 30% of its share capital on the Main Market of the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul).

Saudi Fransi Capital acts as the financial advisor, book-runner, lead manager, and underwriter for the potential offering, according to a recent bourse filing.

Meanwhile, the final offer price will be determined after the book-building period.

In September 2022, the Capital Market Authority (CMA) greenlighted Perfect Presentation’s IPO to trade 4.50 million shares on the main market.
