Riyadh - Mubasher: Al Moammar Information Systems Company (MIS) was awarded a SAR 58.18 million contract from NEOM on 17 October 2022 for research collaboration and technology patents.

The agreement covers the provision of the service's proposals, vetting, and establishing applied research collaborations with research institutions, according to a bourse disclosure.

The project aligns with NOEM’s announced patents in the fields of emerging technology, cognitive computing, artificial general intelligence (AGI), narrow artificial intelligence (narrow AI), as well as deep learning and others.

Meanwhile, the two entities are expected to sign the contract on 31 October 2022.

Earlier this month, MIS awarded a SAR 47.02 million project to Advanced Electronics Company (AEC).
