Riyadh – Mubasher: The board of Leejam Sports Company (Fitness Time) has decided to disburse cash dividends worth SAR 36.66 million, representing 7% of the capital, for the third quarter (Q3) of 2022.

The firm will distribute SAR 0.70 per share for 52.38 million eligible shares, according to a bourse filing.

Meanwhile, the eligibility and distribution dates for the Q3-22 dividends will be on 6 and 20 November, respectively.

In the first nine months (9M) of 2022, Fitness Time posted net profits after Zakat and tax worth SAR 150.10 million, higher by 24.96% than SAR 120.12 million in 9M-21.

During the July-September 2022 period, the company’s net profits after Zakat and tax plunged by 10.67% to SAR 68.06 million from SAR 76.19 million in Q3-21.
