Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi Parts Center Company appointed Abdullah Ibrahim Al Khorayef as the new Chairman of the board, according to a bourse disclosure on Wednesday.

The new official, who was the board’s Vice Chairman, succeeded Muhammad Abdullah Al Khorayef who resigned from his Chairman position on 2 November 2022. 

The company also announced Abdullah Hamad Al Khorayef as the new Vice Chairman.

In addition, Fahad Mohammed Al Khorayef, who is the CEO of Saudi Parts Center, was named the company’s Managing Director.

Last September, the firm secured a SAR 30 million loan from Saudi Investment Bank (SAIB).
