Cairo – Mubasher: Shareholder Ali Mahmoud Abdel-latif Mahgoub increased his ownership in Lecico Egypt to 5.01% from 3.85% at a total value of EGP 8.81 million.

The shareholder purchased 922,700 shares at an average share price of EGP 9.55, according to a bourse filing on Monday.

EFG Hermes acted as a broker in the transaction.

It is worth noting that during the period from January to September 2022, Lecico Egypt incurred net losses of EGP 29.75 million, compared to net losses of EGP 23.25 million in the same period in 2021, including minority shareholders’ rights.
