Riyadh – Mubasher: National Gas and Industrialization Company (GASCO) named Abdulaziz Fahad Al Khayyal as the new Chairman of the board for the next three years.

The Tadawul- listed firm also announced Ali Mohammed Al Saflan as the Vice Chairman, according to a bourse disclosure. 

The two officials assumed their roles for the current board term that began on 29 November 2022 and will remain in position until 28 November 2025.

In the January-September 2022 period, GASCO logged a net profit after Zakat and tax worth SAR 159.40 million, higher by 1.27% year-on-year (YoY) than SAR 157.40 million.

The company is set to pay cash dividends worth SAR 75 million to shareholders for the second half (H2) of 2022 on 27 December.
