Riyadh – Mubasher: The board of Alandalus Property Company decided, on 20 December 2022, to appoint Faisal Abdulrahman Al Nasser as the firm’s new CEO, according to a recent bourse filing.

Al Nasser, who succeeded the acting CEO Mashal Ibrahim Abuneef, will assume his new role on 1 February 2023.

The new CEO has more than 22-year experience in administrative fields, during which he held a number of leadership positions in key companies and Saudi banks.

In 2000, he obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from King Saud University (KSU).

During the first nine months (9M) of 2022, the Tadawul-listed company recorded net profits after Zakat and tax worth SAR 53.29 million, an annual decline of 7.40% from SAR 57.55 million.

Revenues edged up by 1.47% to SAR 160.66 million in 9M-22 from SAR 158.34 million in 9M-21, whereas the earnings per share (EPS) shrank to SAR 0.57 from SAR 0.62.
