Dubai – Mubasher: Deyaar Development intends to launch three new projects in Al Furjan at an estimated value of AED 300 million, according to a press release.

The real estate plans will contain residential units and hotel apartments, including around 400 various units that consist of one, two, and three bedrooms.

Deyaar’s first project in Al Furjan will be Amalia Residences, while the remaining two schemes will be unveiled in 2023.

Moreover, the Amalia Residences will provide tenants with different amenities, such as a swimming pool, a children's pool, a play area, and a gym.

Saeed Mohammed Al Qatami, CEO of Deyaar, said: “We are pleased to announce the expansion of our growing portfolio of residential and hotel projects in conjunction with the launch of our presence in Al Furjanthrough three distinct projects.”

In the first nine months (9M) of 2022, the DFM-listed company registered AED 103.25 million net profits, a leap from AED 30.80 million during the same period a year earlier.

Revenues widened to AED 577.15 million in 9M-22 from AED 418.15 million in 9M-21, whereas the basic and diluted earnings per share (EPS) jumped to 2.36 fils from 0.53 fils.
