Riyadh – Mubasher: The board of Mouwasat Medical Services Company suggested cash dividends distribution worth SAR 300 million, representing 30% of the capital, for 2022.

Under the board’s proposal which was determined on 22 December 2022, the Saudi firm would pay out SAR 3 per share for 100 million eligible shares, according to a bourse disclosure.

Meanwhile, the distribution date for the dividends will be unveiled following the company’s general meeting.  

In the first nine months (9M) of 2022, Mouwasat posted a 4.01% drop in net profit after Zakat and tax to SAR 413.90 million, compared to SAR 431.19 million during the same period in 2021.

Revenues increased by 5.16% to SAR 1.67 billion in 9M-22 from SAR 1.59 billion in 9M-21, whereas the earnings per share (EPS) went down to SAR 4.14 from SAR 4.31.
