Riyadh – Mubasher: Listing and trading the shares of Saudi Aramco Base Oil Company (Luberef) on the Main Market of the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) will commence on Wednesday, 28 December 2022.

Tadawul pointed out that the stock will be trading at daily and static price fluctuation limits of +/- 30% and +/- 10%, respectively, according to a bourse disclosure.

The fluctuation limits will be applied during the first three days of the listing, until 30 December. 

Starting from the fourth trading day onwards, the daily price fluctuation limits will revert to +/- 10%, whereas the static price fluctuation limits will no longer apply.

Luberef will list 50.04 million shares, accounting for 29.65% of its share capital, under the symbol 2223.

Last November, the Capital Market Authority (CMA) granted its approval for Luberef’s IPO.
