Riyadh – Mubasher: Enma Alrawabi Company announced the resignation of Mohammed Mansour Othman Abahussain from his position as the CEO of the firm, after the board accepted his request on 27 December 2022.

Effective from 15 March 2023, Abahussain’s resignation was submitted due to personal reasons, according to a bourse disclosure.

The board, meanwhile, decided to appoint Saud Sayyaf AlQuaifil to be Enma Alrawabi’s new CEO starting from 16 March next year.

Last June, the listed company appointed Fahad Ibrahim Saad Almousa as the Chairman of the board for three years.

In the beginning of the year, Enma Alrawabi announced the death of Sheikh Ibrahim bin Saad Al Mousa, who was the firm’s Chairman.
