Dubai – Mubasher: Deyaar Development generated net profits worth AED 144.23 million in 2022, an annual leap of 183.90% from AED 50.80 million.

Revenues totalled AED 803.40 million in 2022, higher by 61.70% year-on-year (YoY) than AED 496.95 million, according to the unaudited income statements.

Additionally, the earnings per share (EPS) settled at 3.30 fils last year, up from 0.88 fils during the January-December 2021 period.

Meanwhile, the total assets enlarged to AED 6.17 billion in 2022 from AED 5.79 billion in 2021.

During the first nine months (9M) of 2022, the net profits of Deyaar amounted to AED 103.25 million, a jump from AED 30.80 million in the year-ago period.

The revenues surged to AED 577.15 million in 9M-22 from AED 418.15 million in 9M-21, whereas the basic and diluted EPS hiked to 2.36 fils from 0.53 fils.
