Cairo – Mubasher: The board of Obour Land for Food Industries decided to disburse cash dividends to shareholders worth EGP 380 million for 2022.

Eligible shareholders will receive a dividend of EGP 0.95 per share, according to a recent bourse disclosure.

Obour Land logged consolidated net profits after tax worth EGP 462.38 million in 2022, higher than EGP 350.67 million in 2021, including minority shareholders’ rights.

Revenues jumped to EGP 4.56 billion in 2022 from EGP 3 billion a year earlier, according to the consolidated income statements. 

Basic and diluted earnings per share (EPS) stood at EGP 1.01 in the January-December 2022 period, compared to EGP 0.77 in 2021.
