Dubai – Mubasher: The board members of Union Coop recommended cash dividends worth AED 374.18 million for the year ended on 31 December 2022.

The proposal, which was announced during the 6 March meeting, is still subject to the approval of the shareholders who will likely hold their ordinary meeting on 21 March.

In 2022, Union Coop recorded net profits worth AED 396.15 million, while the revenues reached AED 1.82 billion.

The total assets of the firm stood at AED 3.62 billion as of 31 December 2022 and the earnings per share (EPS) declined to AED 0.23 in 2022 when compared to the previous year.
