Riyadh – Mubasher: Almasane Alkobra Mining Company (Amak) logged net profits after Zakat and tax worth SAR 126.33 million in 2022, lower by 35.96% than SAR 197.26 million a year earlier.

Revenues edged down by 0.66% year-on-year (YoY) to SAR 582.76 million in 2022 from SAR 586.65 million, according to the annual financial results.

Meanwhile, the earnings per share (EPS) hit SAR 2.02 during January-December 2022, versus SAR 3.60 in 2021.

In the first nine months (9M) of 2022, Amak registered SAR 104.82 million in net profit after Zakat and tax, down 22.10% YoY from SAR 134.57 million.

The revenues increased by 3.24% to 427.90 million in 9M-22 from SAR 414.45 million in 9M-21, while the EPS dropped to SAR 1.70 from SAR 2.45.
