Ezdan Holding Group discloses the interim financial statement for the twelve-month period ending 31st December , 2022 . The financial statements revealed a Net Profit of QR 86,732,000 in comparison to Net Profit QR 61,108,000 for the same period of the previous year.

The Earnings per share(EPS) amounted to QR 0.003 as of 31st December , 2022 versus Earnings per share(EPS) QR 0.002 for the same period in 2021.

The Board of Directors has proposed no dividends for the financial year ended 31 December 2022. The proposed will be submitted for approval at the Annual General Assembly meeting.
