Riyadh – Mubasher: Mubasher Financial Group has announced the launch of Sharikat Mubasher as a digital gateway that will be a private companies market ecosystem with an objective to provide private equity information and make investment accessible for all.

The new platform, which was announced during the Arab Federation of Capital Markets (AFCM) annual conference in Oman’s Muscat, will bring together the entire private market ecosystem to offer access to trusted Information, blockchain secure engagement, liquidity, and PE transactional execution support.

The digital gateway will be ultimately preparing a solid pipeline of companies targeting to be listed on stock exchanges.

ShairkatMubasher.com (BETA version) will be rolled out firstly in Saudi Arabia, since it has the largest community of private companies across the region, with the plan for the portal to expand its coverage of other major markets later in 2023.
