Mubasher: The Kuwaiti AAN Digital Services Holding Company announced the delisting of its shares from Dubai Financial Market (DFM) upon the Kuwaiti Capital Markets Authority (CMA) resolution to delist from Boursa Kuwait.

Delisting AAN Digital’s shares from DFM will take place at the end of the trading session on Friday, 26 May 2023.

This step was taken due to “the company’s lack of commitment to meeting new requirements that would affect the return of the share to trading, represented in the presence of notes material on the financial statements ending 31 December 2022,” according to a bourse filing.

AAN Digital said it filed a grievance against the delisting decision on 27 April 2023 due to its commitment to all requirements of the Kuwaiti CMA.

The Kuwaiti company stated that the “shareholder register will be transferred to the State of Kuwait with the Kuwait Clearing Company.”
